Customer Service Lacking
AcidMedia<br>@AcidMedia<br> Two months ago I ordered this 65″ 4k LG TV from HSN and patiently waited for its slow delivery. I ordered it to be used for Thanksgiving but it came cracked from edge to edge. Upon speaking with HSN customer service they let me know it would be a month before I could get a replacement. I agreed but after thinking about being denied flexpay in the first place and not even being offered anything for receiving a broken TV I decided to just cancel my order. (Still a month to have the TV picked up and to get to get my money back) Needless to say they majorly monkey wrenched my Thanksgiving and I’ll never buy from them again. Sometimes deals come with headaches #HSN #LGElectronics
