I ordered the hp palivillion and it wont connect to wifi can someone give me the help number

, you may want to reach out to your internet provider for assistance with WiFi connection. The only number I have for this laptop is for the manufacturer to inquire about the warranty. The manufacturer’s number is 1-800-474-6836.

Thank you it was suppose to come with support for one year but its not my internet because my other laptop is fine I can’t even get a list of wifi accounts it say I have no IP address
