computer glitch

Hello:

I’ve been trying for over an hour to order something and the computer will not allow me.

It keeps saying I have more than one number on file and I do not.

It’s Christmas Eve so no one is on the phones; I’m afraid you will have sold out real soon.

I want the Diane Gilman stretch cropped jeans on clearance of sale for approximately $14.97 – any color is fine. It appears only black is available.

Can you please help me?
