Christmas order gone wrong!
I had recently became a new customer weeks before Christmas. My boyfriend orders from HSN all the time. Talked me into getting my new printer from HSN since there was a special. Placed my order and waited and waited after it only took days for his to come in. I politely called to check on my order and they said nothing on their end showed why it was taking longer and that it should be on its way. Then it didn’t come in by the last day of delivery so I called back again. Said it had been returned. I said I definitely did not want it returned and asked why it was returned and the customer service said it had nothing on there why it was accidentally returned and placed the order again. Still waiting for the delivery that never came I called a third time and finally found out days before Christmas that it was still canceled. Waited for it to be re ordered and I had to ask more than once for them to still order the special on the printer that I was supposed to receive in the first place. Waited for it to be approved by a supervisor and it was supposed to be delivered after Christmas. Well it’s after Christmas and still no printer. Called now angry at this ridiculous situation to find out I wasn’t eligible for the flex pay. If I would have known the first time I would have had my boyfriend place the order since he had been a customer longer and the 2 printers would have arrived within days WEEKS ago. So not only did I have to pay the whole price today after not knowing what was the matter. I will never order anything from HSN again. I would rather go walk in a Walmart and buy a printer then mess with this.
