Cancelled order but money not recived back

I placed an order on the 31.01.2017 and the order was cancelled (by HSN). However the money was authorized and held. It is now the 11th of February and my funds still have not been released back into my credit card

, I’m sorry to hear that the funds for your orders haven’t been released from your card yet. I’ve put in a request to have a reverse authorization sent to your financial institution. You should see the holds removed from your card within the next 3 business days.

Sorry , but I have one more problem , I am from Ukraine , and my credit card doesn’t accept usd, can you send my funds in uah or I can give you friends credit card which takes usd? I really sorry (
