Can we pay more for UPS Ground Deliveries?
It seems whenever I place orders with items containing glass, which is fragile they start out being delivered by UPS ground services and then become UPS Surepost which is USPS, then USPS is lousy at handling items and they manage to have my items arrive broken or heavily dented and damaged………so why not give the HSN Customer control over their personal shipping preferences since they are paying for items to be shipped and I believe as a consumer if I am paying my $ to have an HSN shipped then I should be the one to decide which shipping carrier I wish to have my HSN item delivering to me.
I prefer the option of choosing only reliable UPS Ground Deliveries, so it is really delivered only by UPS Ground Personnel?
Please advise asap as I am becoming very disgusted with U.S. P.S. postal deliveries these days, and another HSN order was also just shipped out beginning with UPS but will end up as UPS Smart Post which is yet another lousy USPS delivery.

You can also sign up with UPS My Choice through the UPS website, If you use their free service, they will notify you of the expected delivery and give you the option of having your package delivered by UPS for an additional $3.50. If you sign up for their paid service, I believe you can have the delivery changed for free.

, I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble getting your orders in good condition when delivered by USPS. Please remember that you can select 4 day shipping which would guarantee that it would be deliverd by UPS. It normally only cost a few extra dollers for this service.

They look cool, and so’s the display! I’ve never heard of them, much less seen them close-up.
Do do any of them ever look scary ( like those movies where the doll/clown/etc.,gets possessed)?

They are grown and still are not allowed to touch my toys!
