I purchased a 55″ Westinghouse tv on flex pay my order was approved the next day I get a email my order was canceled so I called the TV sold out I’m not getting mine when I ordered mine they had 150 left they should give me another 55″ TV like the one I ordered for the same price but we know that won’t happen I should send back the 600 dollar computer I got on flex pay

I understand your frustration bc they screwed me also! I would make sure that you talk to customer service so they can waive your return fees. That’s what I had to do bc I was not about to pay $10+ for a return for their mistake!!

With today’s computers u telling me they can’t keep the invitory and out going orders straight within 150 in stock items and not know how many they have? if not they to upgrade there computer system . Then they offered to match the price on the same size TV then back out of that to me that’s just bad customer service

I know a multi million dollar company like HSN don’t really care about people like me I will get mad and try to hold u accountable for your mistakes but I know u don’t need my business for u to continue making your millions. It is good customer service to make it right when u make mistakes I’m sure 50 dollars won’t hurt HSN multi million profits u should of not offered to match the $599 price if u didn’t mean it I would like to speak to the CEO of HSN just to see if he or she really wants there company to operate this way

U can match the $599 price but chose not to I just looked on Walmart web site they offer the same vizio TV for $529 I’m done with HSN I’ll b sending back the 2 purchase that I recently made on HSN your customer service needs some work it was your mistake to approve my order then send me a email canceling because u sold out when u had 150 of them when I placed my order
