Blocked Account

Hello,

I am writing because my account was blocked shortly after I placed my order via approval for HSN credit. I called customer service and was told to call the bank to verify information which I did and after the bank said I was verified and forwarded back to the HSN. The customer service rep said it does matter what the bank said they will not let me purchase the items and my account is still blocked.
