Billing Received —-takes way too long
Why does it take, in my case, 3 days for billing to be received/processed. Makes estimated shipping time very wrong!!! WHY DOES FIRST STEP TAKE SO LONG HSN!!! BOBBIN

, shipping status is not updated over weekends so that can seem to add to the process time. I see your order placed 12/7 is processing for estimated delivery 12/17 and the two orders of 12/2, shipped 12/3 and 12/5 were originally estimated for 12/12 delivery and they are arriving early, on 12/8 and 12/10. If there is another order you want me to look into, let me know.
