Amplify 2-pack Wireless Noise-Isolating Earphones with 2 Pouches…Item: 515-752. Dear Customer Service…as reviews are beginning to be posted, it seems that the pouches, as promoted, were not include with this product (I am missing them in both packages). It’s a small item but would have been handy for cord, ear pieces, headset storage…and that was part of the offering. Could someone let HSN know that it was not delivered as promoted? In my lowly opinion, this company should either send out complimentary pouches OR offer free return shipping (these must have shipped directly from the distributor as there is no prepaid return shipping label, only a mailing label with an address in New Jersey). Thanks.

Hi , I’m sorry the pouches were missing. I’d like to offer some options to help with this. If you wish to return the earphones for a full refund, a prepaid label will be mailed to you, or if you prefer, I can have the pouches sent to you within 21 days. Please let me know which you prefer and I’ll be happy to help.

i ordered 2 sets of 2 earphones…one set is lost, apparently-but, i did get one set, pouchless, of course…

Just bringing this back up…FYI…no pouches ever received. HSN, please don’t do any more business with this company/distributor.

Success! I received the pouches in the mail today. I must say, I’m surprised that the company/vendor came through. A special thank you to our mods (Kyle!) for helping.
