Account merging

I made another HSN account and it merged my account with my mothers because I had previously used my credit card on her account and that’s how our accounts got merged. But how do I unmerge our accounts?

, unfortunately once two accounts are merged together, we don’t have a way to unmerge them. If you wanted to have your own account, you’d need to create a new account and then request to have your credit card moved to your new account since it’s already attached to the merged account. For help with this, you can reach us at 800-933-2887 (8 AM to 1 AM EST).
