Account Block,payment denied

I was checking on my account due to a charge on my card I used to do my orders with..I saw while waiting a product I may want to order before off Sale. But, said account blocked, looked finally at my orders and I was told my flex pays were all falling between 1st and 4th of month why not just 1st cause originally was,all 1order together but hsn messed up whole thing completely said one declined money sitting there waiting, cancelled it and another item they doubled billed , all that got fixed but wasn’t told dates changed I even asked to make sure living on my money being directly deposited !!! Well found out was today Dec 27th odd day to pull, soo figured out how to look and find out each payment is a different date…I had a very bad experience with 1 product the BELL+HOWELL NIGHTHAWK STYLUS PENS W/MAGNIFIER 5PK, I paid first payment they never shipped stayed sitting in warehouse under my name 1st style I pd for was,sold out from under me made to choose 2nd pattern that’s one that sat in packaging, after rude customer service agent ,then same with manager she tells me hsn completely shut down that product but if get it by chance kp it….well never got it!! OK fine with me was given money back and supposed to have $5.00 or so spendable Kash to use …yet on Dec 12 I get automated call saying getting credited 24.98 and spendable Kash, was odd then now I see that on 15th I was again charged for pens but 14and change and shows I have 1more flex pay left for item I have not gotten n was rudely told would never get they wouldn’t even force release ones sitting in warehouse? I did not authorize another charge or even know of it let alone a product I can’t get and haven’t gotten yet says delivered ,( how if product distribution was stopped ) I want my money back on card and would be nice for payments to be when I was told would be, got all products thru out Dec except 1…soo why would I pay in Dec when was still getting items then?? One shows still shipped but was free soo its not a matter to me..I just refuse to pay for pens I haven’t got and was upset being told I couldn’t nor would I ever!!! I want to switch cards to make the payments all on 1st easier if can be taken back to that date as originally told..only have 4 left 3 on one item and 1 on another…please please someone figure out why this year was soo messed up…I really like your company and there is another item I purchased somewhere else but you didn’t offer your version til close to Christmas soo I want to get yours return other!!!
