USB included with the Spectrum Noir Craft Day Today’s Special

Would you mind sharing the phone number for Crafter Companion? I got the drive finally found the files but can not get them to print out clearly. They are extremely grainy. I was also disappointed the images on the drive were images from the 5×7 coloring books and the 3 large coloring books. Had I known that I wouldn’t have bought the set of the 3 larger books.

If anyone knows a secret to getting the images on the drive to print clearly, PLEASE reply here!

If any of you Spectrum Noir purcharser’s are interested, they are having free coloring classes online through their website.  There are still several weeks left, and you can start now on the recorded classes.  I have found it very helpful being a beginner at adult coloring (with no artistic talent whatsoever)  Oh and did I mention it is free?  

I hope everyone is enjoying their TS as much as I am.  I’m actualling printing images and practicing on those, before I go to the pre-printed books that are included until I can gain some skill at this.   

The markers also seem nice, but I really have them nothing to compare them to but crayola lol.  :smileyhappy:

It’s not just you.  I can see that the USB drive is nearly full, but can’t see the files either (only a 1K DAT file).  HSN customer service was of no use (and actually took a good 5 minutes to find my account….. arrggghhhh); but they referred me to Crafter’s Companion customer service number which sent me a dropbox link to download the files. Yeah!

When I inserted my USB into my computer, it did not automatically open up a file for me (My printer asked me if I wanted to download the files or print them, and I closed that box).  I had to go to my file explorer and find the drive.   The file explorer is the little folder icon on most PC’s.  

I did this by lookin in the icon called “this PC”  I found the drive, My drive was E and it showed Colorista right there, so it should be easy to see.  I think Clicked on the colorista drive and it opened a folder called content, and then in that content there are other folders that are listed by type. Keep click on the folders to you get to the set of images you would like to see.  

This may not help with your problem, but it could be a work around to see the files.  Good Luck! 

I received the USB in my CC Today’s Special bundle, inserted it in my computer, and there are NO files on it.  Anyone else have this problem?
