Sewing!
Hello! How is everyone?
I found out yesterday that it wioll cost more than I like to fix the sewing machine – could someone please tell me when HSN may have them again? I’m very interested in the Singer 4432….
Thanks

Welcome Lizann5 to the Craft and Home forum.
Yeah a fellow sewer:smileyhappy:
I have this one 176-488 The Singer Heavy duty with the value added pressure feet package and the extension table Large spool thread holder and the 25 metal bobbins and the box for the to hold the pressure feet. I bought it when it first aired on HSN.
I love this machine and have made quilts and faux fur scarfs, Hats, gloves and even two muffs on this machine. I also have mended camping tents and mended boat seat covers with this baby. Plus hemmed jeans and slacks, made curtains and throw covers etc.
To bad this is sold out. This machine has something like 32 stitches utility and stretch stitches and decorative stitches. I love the button hole foot and how it makes button holds and sews on buttons. I call this machine my Little power house and it is my go to for very heavy fabrics and big jobs. It stitches 1,100 stitches per minute. So it is pretty fast and powerful.
For me this was the best bang for the buck.:smileyhappy: Plus I got flex pay. In my opinion no one can give you the best deal on a sewing machine then HSN. That is why I bought five sewing machines from them. One of my other machines is the singer 5 thread pro serger. Now mind you I never serged anything in my life. I love that machine too. I made table cloths for my round table on this and made a sun dress and use this to finish off seams etc, Love Love that machine.
And again HSN came through with the added feet and price when I bought that one. Love Love HSN for singer machines. Check out Darlene Cahill’s blogs and check her out on face book even if you do not have a fb account you can still see her page and read and what she is teaching all us sewing 101 sewers. I love her and she is the best I have ever seen in sewing. She is THE Sewing Diva Of The World.
I hope you are successful in getting your singer heavy duty 4432 sewing machine real soon.:smileyhappy:

Hello my sweet friend cupatea, how are you? I hope you are having fun on this discussion board, I have a question, I hate sewing, My Mother & Grandmother loved it, I failed sewing in high school, I was a geeky studying person, and trying to solve the problems of the world, so back to a question, is there any garmet glue you recommend, I have some hangout tops, and they are cold shoulder, and from last year lost 2 sizes, so you can see right inside, I was thinking of taking some tiny elastic and gluing this on, what do you think? I would appreciate your help and output.. thank you in advance, your friend Toffeedude:)
