Sewing Pattern

I’m sure there are ladies or gents that still sew. I need your help.

Where can I find men’s suit patterns in larger size? Hubby wears 52 – 54 chest suit jacket and 52" waist slacks (not pleated). It’s OK if I have to purchase two seperate patterns.

Cindy is right. Ebay is a good place to look. Also, you might want to try simplicity. I think it features larger patterns.

Checked ebay first, no luck c:smileysad:.

I have a seamtress who’ll make the suits but I have to find the patterns we like. She’s asked and looked at the fabric stores she shops at. No luck.

Haven’t heard of Etsy but I’ll it.

Tiamo2…I sew. Have you checked on Ebay or Etsy? Those are worth a shot. Also, check with your local fabric store and see if they know (or have) anyone that knows how to alter patterns. That way you could get the largest you could buy, and they might be able to help you adjust it for your hubby.

Check it out…VERY interesting. But that is the search I did…you might use the same words.
