Scrapbooking
What happened to the scrapbooking supplies ugh.Is HSN following Qvc.Were is all the diecut products for replacement and ect.the last couple of shows was cheesy.Come on HSN you can do better js.Most of the stuff left on here is in Tuesday Morning. We especially don’t wanna see you fail in scrapbooking like Qvc.There is a new scrap show and the have great stuff and great f/p options. I’m trying to say loyal. But your lack of new and good products is making it HARD.

Highgate Manor is not the only vendor with issues. I purchased blankets from Soft and Cozy last year as gifts for friends. I gifted it to one of my friends without checking the producuts. She opened the box in front of me and when she unfolded the blanket, the silk border on one side was totally hanging loose, not being sewn on to the fabric. I felt so humiliated. I’ve learned my lesson now.

Why doesn’t HSN give an incentive to it’s loyal customers iinstead of a nasty threatening letter about too many returns. Maybe free replacement of the item or a coupon for so much off your next order. That kind of good will would stimulate more business from their loyal customers…..Ronnie
