Sara Davies & Crafter’s Companion

I watch her on You Tube, she also has a Facebook Page, which is a lot of fun.  I love the glue which has been out of stock on the American website for a while now.  It is my all time favorite glue for making cards, doesn’t warp, can move it around and actually hardens the cards so they stand up.

She is having her second baby in October, so I doubt she will be back until next year,  I agree, they should give her more time.

She is so facinating to watch, love to see her. I agree that she needs more time to demo. 

I started out with the Ultimate tool when it was a TS. Got it to make boxes for jewelry I make. It is fantastic. I watched and watched the video as well when ever Sara was on. I also visited her web site and got all kinds of inspiration. 

I jumped in when she introduced the Gemini and got the TS bundle. I stayed up and ordered at midnight shortly after seeing the demo. I have been using it a lot just getting use to it. I have never made a card before and didn’t ever do anything other than making my boxes with the Ultimate. I went to my local craft store, (HL) and just got some regular card stock to play with the Gemini. I recently got some heavy card stock for it to make a (good) card for a friend. When I would fold and burnish the crease the papaer would tear. Any suggestions?

Also I would like to start to make some Christmas cards and ordered some of those dies. I played with them today with the heavy paper and the dies cut through the paper completely. These were the edgeables that you place on a fold of the card and it cuts the top but not below a certain part.  Any suggestions for this? 

I really enjoy her shows as well. She’s a joy to watch–enthusiastic and very creative. Crafter’s Companion has some innovative and fun products.

I completely agree – I have really enjoyed all of the Crafters Companion / Spectrum Noir products I have purchased from HSN and Sara does a fantastic job of showing them! I am always amazed at how much she can “teach” in a short amount of time. I also appreciate that her products are affordable AND have flex-pay. Thank you Sara & HSN! :smileyhappy:

I agree with you sew55 100%.   I am loving Sara and Crafter’s Companion products, and can’t resist getting something of hers.    It was great this year, I think she had the Today’s Special on 3 of the Craft Days this year alone!.    

Although it looks like her baby is due soon, and I’m thinking we won’t be able to see so much of her for awhile.     Anyone know when her beautiful baby is due?
