Nene Leakes – Nasty Housewive doing a clothing line for HSN

I absolutely agree. If HSN buyers had taken a moment and actually watched the show a liitle more before selecting NeNe Leakes they would have chosen Cynthia Bailey. She is the fashionista and has a true fashion experience. HSN – not a good decision.

Oh, goodness gracious me! Come think about it tough, remember how we all shook our heads here when HSN got Snooki’s line of TOYS and PERFUMES – and how these items simply flew off the shelves and buyers could not get enough of them?

must be like this woman that is on right now that keeps trying to talk like a sex kitten and has major ugly clothes…oh, but she "grew up in a house full of women". And callie, knows that she has a very special life style that we dont get to have. Just let me puke…..

I just heard about this. HSN has sunk to a new low. NeNe has no class and disgusting behavior. Is this what you think about your customers HSN? Do you think we have no class and act like fools? I guess so.

couldn’t have said it any better! There are so many talented people out there and to chose someone like a Nene L is just insulting to women with dignity,intelligence and respectability.

The reunion shows were disgusting. I cannot believe that HSN is lowering thier standards.

I feel the same way most of you feel. Nene Leakes? Really! HSN! I’m really shocked and disappointed with your decision. Like someone said if anyone was offered a clothing line it should have been Cynthia Bailey. The woman has a long modeling career and has her own modeling agency. She is always on point with her attire. I can’t believe you chose Nene Leakes over her. I would have been excited to see Cynthia’s fashion. Apparently none of you have seen the show. What poor judgment HSN.

I just read a ton of shade. Nicki  Minaj has no fashion background yet she has a clothing line in Walmart. Mariah Carey as much as I love her like most celebrities doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about perfumary but put out colognes and frangrances. I understand everyone isn’t going to agree about or like certain people but Nene has come a long way. I might be biased because she’s one of my favorite housewives second to Kandi. But, I’m  just saying. There are worse things that could be being sold on HSN. She has a fanbase. Otherwise, the clothing line would not have happened most likely.

I myself would like to see what she brings. Her line may be more for the larger curvy woman instead of the stick woman. I would love to see one line thats fashioned for the rounded lady, not skinny woman fashion just made in a large size. Not all styles look good on a large body. She was a stripper to raise her son and I am not in a position to throw stones at anyone. I hope you ladies know that reality shows arent always reality. I always thought she dressed very well on TV.I am just saying give her a chance everyone deserves that and her fashion line maybe great. None of us know how or what the other designers are out in public they maybe all snobs we dont see them on TV every week with their private lives like NeNe

She may have a very nice line of fashion. Why is everyone judging her? Reality TV isnt all reality. She raised her son by being a stripper, I dont think anyone on here has the right to throw stones at anyone else. She may bring some fashion to curvy women instead of stick size 6. Most designers make styles for thin women and just make them in large plus sizes, I am looking forward to see what she brings.

 We never see the other designers in their private lives every week, they may be bigger snobs than Nene, her life is on TV every week. Everyone deserves a chance.

Just because this woman has been on a TV show, does not mean she has class and the education to be selling her clothing line she NEVER DESIGNED. Hsn has reached an all time low with using this type of woman as vendor selling women’s clothing. Lets, see if she qualifies;;;;

Just prove to me that this woman is qualified, educated, and can design a clothing line for women without using another designer for her to steal from and stamp her name on the designs and sell the line as her own.

This woman is just a scammer out to rip off Hsn customers, pretending this is her line of clothing…this is cheap, degrading and insulting to those designers who work hard for their money and efforts of designs.

It seems to me and I couldn’t know for sure, that most of the "designers" are just there to represent a line.  HSN probably does the bulk of the design, build and purchase under the name of .xy or z.  I have felt for a long time that there is no way some of these very busy fashion or jewelry designers who have shops on the likes of Madison Ave., are doing anything but showing up.  I am starting to think that HSN is crossing a bit of a line here.  For example, when it comes to SCA, I don’t even think A. owns the company but heard that she sold the company to HSN a long time ago.  I am even starting to wonder if some of the lines sold on HSN and in department stores are the same formulation.  None of this can I say for sure, but I am starting to get those little red flags that say to tread buying more carefully these days.  I like HSN and I only hope that they will start to amp up their game.  I can buy china crap anywhere.

Marlo with a clothing line would make more sense.  I will say though, Nene needs to come to HSN and get herself a good wig from Iman…. blonk.

I saw the show and I WAS SHOCKED! I can’t believe that HSN has lowered their standards to allow her to show what she would "design"…lol. The only piece of clothing she picked was a top that Diane Gilman has done better than anyone. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY OF MS. LEAKES CLOTHES. Just because she has a ‘REALITY SHOW" doesn’t make her a designer….

I was aghast when I learned that the ilk of a NeNe Leaks would be selling on HSN! Now HSN, you know better than that! This hopping network is not that desperate….are they! I am an African American woman. Up to this point I have been so very poud of the diversity, and especially the smart, hard working African American women you’ve featured. NeNe Leaks is a disgrace to her race and black womanhood. Since I am black; went to school with blacks; go to social outing with black people, I’ve experienced the NeNe Leaks of this world all my life. HSN, it is not a good thing who you are putting on here! Although her telivision behavior is somewhat amped up for ratings, it is non-the-less abominable! Additionally, she is no fashion maven; she isn’t talented, that is unless you consider bullying a talent. So please HSN, don’t do it! HSN, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo!!!!
