If You Like Crafts and HSN’s Craft Day

I can understand about Anna’s more is more is not for everybody, I love being able to add several things, but not so much that it’s 7 layers….(don’t like to pay extra for postage–haha) and I’m not a BIG flower fan either.. have a few I love, but so many roses I can do without. As a purple girl, when I use flowers, I want Irises and violets, pansies and such, with a few pinks thrown in… only around Valentine’s do I use more reds. Now I can’t complain on her Fall and Christmas flower collections… I’ve used them tons.  However, I must admit, when I’ve used a bunch of her roses, the recipient has gone on and on about how beautiful all those flowers are…so different strokes.

I didn’t mean to start a complaint section.. but actually I’m glad to hear other’s would like even our fave hosts to let the Guest Host speak uninterrupted… and describe their products.. I love their demos and want to hear them talk while they draw, cut, color, etc. As someone else mentioned, we wait a long time between Craft Days and really want to hear our fave Crafters talk to Us. We get to hear our fave HSN hosts all the time. :womanwink:

Also, would love for more crafting companies to sell their products on HSN… especially if they bundle products and give us great values in doing so.. folks like Graphic45 would be awesome. It’s so hard for me to find them in my area, have to order online if I want their papers and embellishments.

I know that Anna Griffin is probably the biggest seller of scrapbooking and card supplies, and I know she has a huge following but for me, there is way too much of Anna Griffin.  Other vendors have little time t o present what they have, and have to rush through everything while the host talks incessantly over the top of them.  I know being a host is hard work, and that many who claim to craft probably don’t, and they are directed what to do, but please allow the vendor to speak and explain what they are doing and what the product is.  I think Anna Griffin’s products are lovely but her style of “more is more” is not mine.  I am sure

there are other vendors out there, like Graphic 45, who could sell on HSN.  But then, that is up to them.

I think there isn’t much variety in the way of vendors, and it seems to be the same things all the time.

I do like Crafter’s Companion but it is always so rushed.  I buy directly from their website when I want something of theirs, watch Sara on Facebook or You Tube.  This is just my opinion.

I totally agree about Lynn. Cali is another one who interupts the guest host mid-sentence, grabs things, shoves things in front of the camera while they are trying to show a close up and sits there and chatters to herself while the guest host is talking. I missed important instructions because she was talking in the background. Maybe if we complain enough, HSN will get that we want to hear the guest host. We wait months to see and listen to our favorite crafter because we have already purchased their items and want pointers or are considering purchasing. If we miss how to use it, we may not purchase it.

LOVE CRAFTS DAYS!! Wish I could afford to have ONE EVERY MONTH! lol

I have had a blast spending my Christmas/Birthday Gift cards today, and still have some Kash left! Amazing!! lol

Yeah, not over yet, still have a few items I’m hoping will have a This Day Only lower price or possibly if anything is left, an Anna-versary special price would be great too!!

Trying to listen to Jennifer discuss and demostrate the CC Spectrum Noir markers and other products, but Lynn talks over her too much. Let the Guest Host speak a little please, we know you’ve gotta sell product, but we also like to hear about the products for sell, so we know what we’re buying. Just sayin’:womanwink:.

Jan. 10th HSN will have a Craft Day.  On Anna Griffin’s blog, for Sneak Peek #5, she posted that the special will be a bundle that will be on auto-delivery … it is called “Wishful Thinking Cutting Die and Embossing Folder Set” –  36 cutting dies and 6 embossing folder borders.

In December I ordered and received a Cricut Explor Air2, when it came it was missing everything that was to be in the box, except the machine.    The mat, the cover and the set up information..  I have emailed Hsn 5 times with no response.  I would just like to get the products. That I paid for.

Has the shipping situation been resolved? After spending a lot of money the 10th of Oct. I think a lot of people, me included wants to know before ordering. I have seen several items I would like to order, but not if the shipping is going to be like it was before. Thanks.

Happiest 2017 to everyone. I wasn’t aware of January 10 th being 24 hours of Crafting and so I am so pleased to have come into community to find out. I  will up and waiting as the clock strikes 12 midnight.
