I hate to admit it but I have been working on Christmas ornaments. I know…it’s June…but it can’t wait until December. I have been painting for years…so they go pretty fast…and my son and his family just came back from a vaca in Cancun so there is a new scrapbook to get done! It’s going to be a Christmas present…no rest for the weary!
Here are a few of the ornaments…for my DIL’s Santa tree.

I just bought the acrylic paint set (now on clearance), as my goal this summer is to try a new craft — and this set comes with everything you need including a lesson on DVD!

Hi Suzanne and Hi pipman,
I have been sewing and making stamps. I have used my Brother Scan n Cut to make a pattern for a Tea Cup case. I finally finished that. That is the second one I made. I used my singer heavy duty and my Singer 9970 sewing machines to make it. The sewing did not come out perfect that is because of me not my machines, but the size and cut did thanks to my Brother Scan n Cut.
I then moved on to making a stamp using my Brother Scan N Cut. I used one of the designs and made it out of Craft foam 1/16-1/8 inch thick. Thanks to Julie Fei-Fan Balzer and her video on how to make a ink stamp. It stamps out really nice too. I was surprised cause it was my first stamp that I ever made.
I colored in a design from Crafter’s Companion using the Spectrum Noir pencils that I bought here from HSN. It came out ok. The Sea Horse. I still need to watch more of the videos.
I am planning on making more stamps with my awesome Brother Scan n Cut. I also plan on doing some more sewing with my Singer Sewing machines that I bought here from HSN.
Well happy crafting everyone,
Your HSN friend,
Cupatea

Currently…nada! Time to sit down and actually make anything has bee the issue.
I actually have gathered up some items to make cards…stamps, pads, adhesives, paper and a Crafter’s Companion. But, getting time to pull out these supplies and thinking of something to make, well, I need time.
Suzanne, will you be able to give us your hints and tips when you are stamping? My issue while briefly playing with some stamps is getting even coverage.
Looking forward to the 24 Hours Event.
