Difference in Cricut Explore Air Gold and Blue
Is the Anna’s deisgn content the only difference in the Explore Air Gold and the Explore Air in blue? I’m really confused on which one to get. This will be my first cricut so I want to make sure I am getting the correct one. I will wait for the Gold to come back in stock if it’s the better option.
Thanks!

Yes! I would get the Gold, if this was my first Cricut Explore machine. I have the original Green, but if I could justify another Cricut machine I would definitely purchase the Gold.
Good Luck and happy papercrafting!

They are both the same machine. Just different colors.

Hi montgomery4, yes, the only difference is the content and color. If I could put my vote in, I must say I love the Anna content on the blue Explore Air. But I did buy it when it was the TSV and the price now is higher than the gold one. On the blue one you get Anna’s Monograms, Anna’s Garden cards and Anna’s Flourish cards. If you love card making it would probably be worth paying the higher price for the blue one. Just remember that these machines do not come with physical cartridges, they are digital. To use the Explore you must have the internet, set up a cricut.com account(if you don’t already have one) and then download Design Space. Once you register your machine if your cartridges are not available immediately, you may have to put in a code, or call Cricut Customer Service to unlock them for you. My carts were available as soon as I registered my machine, but some people had to use a code and some had to call Cricut. I love the cards and images and I LOVE the Explore. Whichever you choose, have FUN!
