Damaged Craft Items

Finally got some of my craft items. Hot of the press dazzles was damaged, it was in a plan package, the HSN label was taped on to it, I think it got stuck in a belt. but it damaged some stickers. Another craft item was a paper kit and the paper is bent in the corner, not just a little corner either. sighs. Everything else is okay.

So my question is, does HSN take a % off for damaged good?, if you would like to keep them.
