Cricut gold
I ordered the Crichton Gold. I never got it. It was lost . When I first told HSN that it had never arrived they said "give a few more days" is I had no choice but to WAIT. When they finally got around to doing something about it they said " we don’t have any" . I was so upset . So I asked them if they get it back could they send it back to me they said no. Then they sent me out the very basic model. NOT WHAT I WANTED OR ORDERED!!!!!!

I tried to get one…not soon enough though. It was sold out! Does anyone know if the Gold Cricut will be available again????

I am very sorry for the disappointment with this order . I reviewed your account and I see you ordered the normal Cricut Air machine on 10/15, and then the gold on 10/17 so that is why you received the normal machine. We are currently waiting for more stock to arrive and are expecting to have the gold shipped out to you by 11/13/2015.
