Cricut Explore Air Gold
I ordered the Cricut Explore Air Gold on October 5th days before the Explore sold out. Then I get an email Saturday morning saying that the Explore sold out and that I had to wait until November to get it. I spoke with 3 different Customer Service agents, and all I’m being told is that it will ship soon. I don’t understand. It’s showing on the website that there are 6 left in stock, and yet my order is still processing. I am a little upset, because regardless of whether I use Flex Pay or pay for it outright with a credit card, the orders should be shipped out in a first come first serve basis. When I recieved the email saying that the item was mine, I was expecting it to be shipped within a few days, not a few weeks. I was very excited and now the excitement fades every day I have to wait because I was planning to use it as soon as I got it for a market I am planning to attend on November 7th. Can someone please give me insight as to when I will be able to receive my Cricut Gold Explore Air?

Hi sheeshles, there is no set schedule for price changes. It’s a good idea to save items you love as a Favorite so we can alert you when prices drop, inventory is running low or when it’s back in stock!

We’re working diligently to try and obtain more inventory of the item and are hoping to have more in stock and out the door to you no later than 11/07/2015. I’ve had the same problem…I’ve called several times as well to try to get updates, but to no avail…It was quite disappointing to see it become available two more times online, and yet no updates on my order. If it’s known that they can get more to fulfill future orders, shouldn’t there be information on mine specifically? My order now has the "Packaging" status, but I’m weary of how long it will stay at that stage. A very frustrating first, and now definitely last, HSN shopping experience.

I ordered the Cricut Oct. 9th & getting a estimated delivery date of Nov. 9th. A few days after I ordered it, it was then sold out. A day after that, it showed there was 14 left. I don’t understand either. I’m trying to hang in there until the 9th. One of the HSN Managers told me the order cancels if it isn’t shipped by the estimated delivery date. That sucks!

Three days later and it still says "packaging" …it’s had an estimated delivery of "3-7days" for weeks now…it’s been awhile since I felt anxious and excited for the machine to arrive, as it’s been replaced by frustration with this business transaction. I’m more worried at this point of not knowing when my account is going to be charged. This extreme delay would be fine if HSN provided an actual update–the consumer should be kept informed. Where the machine sold out and became available two more times, there had to have been enough information to give a legit estimation of delivery.

@amat Exactly! They told me if it’s not shipped before or on the estimated delivery date, it would be cancelled. I don’t understand. That’s almost like saying, I probably will not get what I ordered. If they get more in stock again, this extended shipping issue will happen all over again.

And if yours say 3-7 days and still has not yet come, I have a feeling mine will not come on the date they provided. Mine says by Nov. 9th.

Well, at least your card got charged. Lol. I’m still sitting on an extended date of Nov. 9th. I don’t care about it being Nov. 9th, I just hope it comes on or before that date. I really don’t want to go through the canceling and re-ording again.
