Cricut Air ll one year subscription, how do you get it?
Hi,
I just received my Cricut Air ll from the tsv. You are supposed to get a year of cricut access included, but I have nothing in the box that tells me how to get it, and when I set it up to my account it told me I get 2 free weeks of access. Did anyone else have this problem, and if so how did you get it resolved. I wanted to ask on here before calling customer service. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I chatted with a second person. They had me email a copy of my receipt and said it would be taken care of in 24 hours. A few hours later I had an email telling me to go to the website and do the setup again. It worked. I also had emailed them earlier. Not sure which one worked, lol. However, it worked and I am thankful.

I have been chatting with Cricut for 2 days now. The 1st time, the guy was no help and I just told him I was going to try and find answers elsewhere regarding the 1 yr free membership to Cricut Access. I kept checking back here to see if someone may have figured this mess out. Yesterday I seen that someone posted that they got it activated to 1 year. Mine kept saying it was active for 2 weeks. I again chatted with Cricut last night and after much frustration, he told me to take a picture of my receipt and email it to him, along with my email address and the color of my machine. He stated it would be active in 24 hrs. This afternoon I did receive an email from Cricut telling me that they have loaded the 1 year membership to my Cricut design account. They had me log into my account and complete the New Machine Setup again. After doing this, I now have the 1 year membership. I hope this helps with all of the confusion on this. I know myself, I was very frustrated and ready to just send it back.

Super,Super annoyed right now. Not one piece of info regarding the registering of the 1 year subscription to Cricut Design. If you are going to sell a product with extras then some info would really be appreciated. After installing and setting up the machine, I went back registered my product with cricut and still no luck on the 1 year subscription. I have already been on the phone with HSN customer service. I have now sent an email to Cricut. I have dealt with them in the past and I do not have hours upon hours to sit on hold and deal with this. Such a shame, i hope it can be resoloved within a few days or else Im packing it up and sending it back. I will go back to my trusty cricut expression 2. I was hoping this would simplify and enhance my crafting life not stress me out like this

I did a chat with Cricut and they asked for the color of my machine and the serial number and somehow they linked it. They then said I needed to redo the new machine setup, which I did, and then it gave a Congratulations about the 1 year subscription and also a percentage off on purchases. I then asked if everyone who bought from HSN would have to do this, and he said Yes. Hope this helps.

same problem-there was NO card in the box-online chatted with cricut person-they are looking into it-I downloaded the plug-in, hooked up the bluetooth, etc-screen said my machine was registered but I also do not have the one year subscription! The person at cricut had me take a picture of my HSN receipt and told me they should resolve problem in 24 hrs-we’ll see. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I was also tempted to box it up and ship it back but will give cricut a chance to rectify problem. If it can’t be resolved then we should all get $99 from HSN to purchase the year subscription-it’s the reason I bought it from HSN!!!

I have registered my machine, however it only shows a two week subscription. There was no card in the box, and I went through every paper that was in the box. My subscription will expire on November 15th, 2016. Has anyone received an answer?

Received mine yesterday. Set it up today and no luck with the 1yr subscription. So frustrated right now. Thinking of boxing her up and sending her back.

I just received mine today and I had no such information included in my pacakage, & I had 2 other people check the box for me. I contacted the Cricut live chat and they’re supposed to be getting back with me about it. happy

The sign up information for this year was included in the box. Please make sure to go back and look through all the packaging for the card that was included. 🙂
