Crafter’s Companion Sparkle Pens

I have used and enjoyed the Sparkle Pens and recently purchased the Vintage set.  This set is very different from the others.  The ink globs out of the barrel, in darker colors than what the true color should be, and the mica glitter seems to sit on to pod the color rather than within the color.  Lastly the glitter does come off when dried. Mohave anynof you had this problem with this particular set?  I contacted the company and their coustomer service department was great.  Interested to hear any comments on this set.  Thank you
