crafters companion magazine with extras

I just received my order and was excited to open it. It had very nice poppy stamp set, matching die, woodgrain embossing folder, idea magazine, and Sara Davies tutorial cd. Wait! Where was the cd with 650 images, ideas, etc?

Not in my package anywhere! Called customer service, very nice but couldn’t help me since the item was sold out. She did reimburse me a small amount. But I want that cd! The projects in the magazine tell you to print out certain images to make the cards, etc. I think that somehow HSN should be able to get in touch with Crafters Companion and get any items that individually didn’t make the shipping packages. Thanks for letting me vent!

I just received my order today, and both dvd/cd’s were in the sara davies tutorial cd case. I would check that.

I think I would be very upset – that is where the clip art and things are. Is there a way to get a message to Sara?? Maybe if it comes back in stock you could call again to see if they can get you a new one out?

I also ordered the Crafter’s companion Magazine the one aired on the 16th of March. Mine is in back order till May of 2016. I am going to hang in there and wait till mine comes in. It looked pretty interesting to me.:smileyhappy:
