crafters companion christmas dies
I am very, very disappointed in crafters companion, this is the second time i have placed an order and waited only to be disappointed. If they can not fill an order then don’t take the order, leaving the person who ordered disappointed in their service. I was looking forward to using their product.

Don’t blame Crafters Companion. My order of 2 of their Christmas paper kits and Christmas dies are in the hands of HSN warehouse issue in TN and not Crafters Companion.

In reply about Crafter’s Campanion christmas dies, the reason I am disapointed with them has nothing to do with HSN.. Crafter’s Companion did not honor their offer,I was told today after waiting weeks they were sold out, They knew how many they had and if they could not send what was advertized they should not make the offer. I must not have explained why I was disappointed with Crafter’ Companion that after the order placed months ago for another product of Crafter’s Companion which I did not recieve on auto-ship after waiting months, not good business practices.

I’m sorry if I misunderstood your comments about Crafter’s Companion Christmas dies and your orders. I would also be upset if my order was taken and ended with not enough supply to fill it……why accept an order if you can’t fill it and will agree that it’s not good business practice. I have had good luck with their company (so far) and hope they do better for you in the future.

I ordered the Crafter’s companion tradition paper craft kit 10/22 I am getting told that Hsn bought all of the stuff before it even goes on air and it was all shipped I was told by HSN that Crafter’s companion that they need to deliver more for my order to be fulfilled I have a feeling that my stuff got shipped to some one else instead when I ordered there was 300 items left so I really am unhappy
