I agree with you about there being no medical evidence to support copper health benefits.  If you were purchasing to use whilst playing sports, it’s nice to have several on hand.  That way you aren’t laundering them everyday.

I was okay with the hexagon items (dies/folders) rec’d with my issue, as I already own the HB edgeables, and thought the magazine & DVD  was still a good value and with new projects. Honestly, I didn’t remember the ‘list’ of future shipments anyway, so the changes weren’t a big deal to me.

I was also surprised that what came was different from what was shown on earlier shows but I like the new Inspiration magazine and am happy with what came in my kit. I love the Crafters companion items and always look forward to what new things they come up with. The great thing for those of you who don’t like what you got is that HSN has such a good return policy. So if you don’t like it return it!

Why didn’t answer any of us others who commented on here? And it HAS been in your warehouse and shipped out to “almost” everyone. He just answered with a canned email.

I have emailed Crafters Companion to ask why and to correct the webpage with the supposed templates, digi papers, Downton Abbey stuff etc. and they said it was updated. And it was but with the wrong items. Something from “A Country Life” that isn’t even in the Issue 3 Summer magazine. If you look through the magazine to do the projects, there are 11 pages that refer to _ep_77-1.html. Can’t put whole address in as per rules. But only 6 of the 7 digi stamps are on there with the incorrect things added. I did receive this email

As for the change in the magazine, We’ve switched magazine publishers in an effort to bring you the best possible magazine experience, and due to licensing restrictions we were unable to use the originally planned content but we’ve worked hard to include comparable products of equal or greater value. We do not carry the sample size items that were originally supposed to be included in the original magazine.

We are working to get a picture of some sort posted of Magazine #4, which also had to be changed due to the new publisher.

So there it is in a nutshell. I will be returning mine and cancelling autoship because all I wanted was the HB edgeable. All they had to do was send an email stating the problem but they chose to send it out because most people won’t bother to return it. QVC sends emails when things change.

Totally disappointed in Crafters Companion and HSN!

I also am disappointed in the May autoship.  This is not at all what was promised in this shipment.  It is the only reason why I bought the item in the first place.  I wanted the stamps, the edgeable, and the DVD that was promised.  HSN will accept this back and if you call them it will be free to return.  I really sincerely hope many of you will send it back at their cost to show this is unacceptable.  It might not be HSN’s fault but they should take the appropriate action to get this corrected.  It is 100% false advertising!

I am glad I am not the only person that is unhappy with my auto ship for May. It is not was we bought. Not sure what is going on, can only hope they will correct this.

I have not received my CC May autoship. It says extended delivery 9/26/16.

The last CC autoship for #4 is to ship in Aug.  Not sure what’s going on.

I, too, received the shipment which confused me.  I thought it might have been some other autoship, or maybe skipped over one of them.  I have a Diamond Press autoship so I thought it might have gotten mixed up with that one. 

I have the first 2 Cr.Comp. Inspiration magazines and this one was numbered 3.  At first I thought it might be a UK edition instead of one for the USA.  But it mentioned inches in some of the instructions. 

I sent off an email to Crafter’s Companion customer service today (but it’s Sunday so no one would be in now).  Then I decided to check this forum and found several other people got the same shipment.  So I wasn’t the only one.

I really do like the items that came with the shipment, but would also like to get the one that was described in the March HSN show.   One of the hexagon die sets they sent is one I already have with the Diamond Press dies but I like the rest of the items.  I had also ordered the Men’s set, so that magazine article is useful to me.

By the way, I already have the “Happy Birthday” edge die, along with all the rest of those dies, so I was planning to try to sell the duplicate one when it came with the shipment (which didn’t come).

I’d really like to know what was going on.

I only went on autoship to get this summer issue with the edgible die and the spectrum Noir DVD. I bought some SN markers because Sara said she would teach us how to use them in the next issue DVD. This is false advertisiing or bait and switch. Very disappointed and can’t even give a review on the product on HSN. Haven’t checked the online printables. Don’t need any Just for Men or Together Forever. SO unhappy with this and not worth sending back. Will we get the next issue wrong too!

Shipment not as advertised very disappointed, even papers  and printables to download are not even 400 counts which on airing shows it will come up to 600. I was expecting happy birthday  dies, spectrum DVD. Not worth sending it back. HSN should look after this seriously.
