My heart is so broken now. I received an email today telling me they got my return on Item # 502-124 The Little B cutting Dies – fall & refunded me. The problem is I ordered them last craft day & waiting for my items to arrive. Like most of you mine might be here tomorrow or Tuesday. I called customer service & told them I did not return them I am waiting for them to arrive. A nice lady told me they are not able to fill my order so they canceled it today & refunded me. ?? I was so looking forward to these I needed to make a card with that squirrel on it. I ordered it long before it sold out. So I am extra sad. I have never ordered Little B dies but spotted the fall set & fell in love with it! HSN – please see if you can please get these again. At least a set for me & anyone else whom ordered them & was not able to get them. Thanks

Thought I would let you know you are not the only one. I ordered several items on Aug. 30th. On Sept 5th I received an email saying that two of my items were returned and I was refunded. I called and got the same response. They couldnt fill my order so they refunded me. I also had ordered long before they sold out but it seems that didnt matter. They do not fill orders in the order they are received. As far as the other many items I ordered not a single one has shipped out. I have contacted HSN customer service several times to see why they havent shipped and they just kept telling me they checked with the warehouse and that I would receive my items no later then the 9th. Well, today is the 9th and my items still havent shipped. Now they tell me they will request a response from the warehouse and get back to me in one to three buisness days. Yes that takes us to the middle of next week before I get any answers. Meanwhile I have been charged and already received my bill. Clearly I am not happy right now ;(
