Craft items still not shipped

Rather than hiding and making believe it isn’t happening, it’s time HSN come out and admit publicly there is a shipping problem with Craft Day purchases via an email to everyone waiting, and pledge to ship the merchandise expeditiously rather than SmartPost, which isn’t smart at all, just pitifully slow and cumbersome.
This may be nothing to all of you there, but some of us make cards to sell, and the delay is hurting us financially, as well as making you all look like foolish monkeys!
