Craft day
I am still seeing packaging as my status. This is my first order. I am so frustrated. I will be leaving for a twoontjs and really needed these items. I have spoken to two people on the phone they were very polite but had no answers. Grrrr. Then o go onto read some people have gotten some kind of credits??? Please. Please help. There must be some wY of knowing when these items will ship. If not it should be fixed. Thank you for responding to my rant!!!!

, I’m very sorry for the delays with your orders. I can understand your frustration and concern as a first time shopper. Sadly, I don’t have exact dates on when the orders will ship but we will notify you through email once they have a tracking number assigned to them. I’m sorry I don’t have more information at this time. I have issued $25 Spendable Ka$h(in-store credit) to your account and hope you’ll be able to use it in the near future.

Thank you for the information. I feel that a company as large as yours should have better communication between costomer service and shipping. Just a tjought
