Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?
My craft day purchases are still in packaging. It’s been a week! I ordered after craft day and have received those items. Anyone else having this problem?

I too placed an order for craft stuff on the 1st of October and the again on the 5th. I’m very frustrated as I was told it was a problem with the warehouse. Sorry HSN, your crafting days are a huge selling day and knowing this I would think you would have the appropriate product. My items did not sell out and if they did I purchased one before they did and I too have had deductions made from my account. What is worse for me is to have Christmas shoved down my throat, that I buy these gifts and would have bought more, but since I cannot get my order, I’m going to go elsewhere. I do not meant to sound so rude, I too had to send 2 emails and 1 phone call to get a response. Plus if I pay for shipping for a product that is supposed to ship 3 to 7 days and it hasn’t come? Why do I still have to pay shipping? Lesson learned!

I’m still waiting too. I have not received a single item since craft day. I have also called with no reasonable response. I purchased the items on flex pay and the first installment was already charged and we are moving onto the second installment and I still haven’t received my products. I’m planning on writing an email to Anna Griffin and Crafters companion to ask them to select better methods to sell their products that we all love. HSN obviously doesn’t care about their customers and ultimately this problem could affect them.

Talked with customer service a few minutes ago. Was told before it would be here the 15th. Now they are saying the 25th. I am beyond disgusted. Too many excuses & no real answers. Wonder if we are 20 days late paying the bill for stuff we haven’t received how they would feel. This will be my last order from HSN. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

HSN can’t even get their excuses lined up. I’ve contacted customer service six times about an order from October 7th and have received a different explanation or excuse each time.
1) The first time I used chat, and was told the order would be shipped out within 24 hours. This did not happen.
2) The second time I called, and was told due to the hurricane, the orders were delayed. I was told I would receive by order by October 22.
3) The third time I called again and was told the warehouse in Tennessee was having issues and would receive my order by October 24.
4) I received an email on October 14th telling me it would be ten more days until I received my order.
5) I utilized email to contact customer service. They told me they could make no guarantee on delivery date.
6) I called once more and was told my order would be sent overnight at HSN’s cost and would be delivered on or before October 21.
Will I even receive my order before November?

My orders are also in “Packaging.” When I received the notice that there would be a delay, I called CS to cancel but they said they were unable to cancel. My credit card has been charged for items that will arrive who knows when. I don’t know what could have happened to HSN. They used to have such quick deliveries, but not now. The same thing happened to two orders I had placed even before Craft Day. No more shopping on HSN for me!

I received an email notification at 10:46PM Friday night Oct. 14th about the delay telling me that on Oct. 15th I could call for a shipping credit. What a joke! Also, is anyone with extended shipping on their AG orders showing a charge for shipping on those orders? I added the shipping on my 4 items
(2 due to ship on Nov. 4) and it adds to more than the $5.00 maximun for everything ordered on craft day. What is with HSN?

I sent an email to Crafter’s Companion about the issue. Anyone else think we should email Anna Griffin customer service? As major HSN vendors they have more clout than we do. I would bet they don’t know about this mess. And they certainly don’t want to lose sales if we are no longer willing to buy from HSN’s craft days.

I am upsest that I recieved no notice of anything if i had not called i would not have known and every day its a different story. will we EVER get what we ordered??????

I was informed that some of my craft day items have been shipped. And what’s so amazing about this? The items being shipped were listed as Extended Delivery when I first purchased them! All the rest of my items are STILL in “packaging” status .. those items that were listed as in stock!
This is an epic failure on the part of HSN. HSN has my money and I have nothing! This is not how you treat loyal customers. I don’t blame the Customer Service group — they are told what to tell us. This is management’s fault. Even if their shipping is outsourced to another company, HSN is still responsible for the performance of third party vendors.
As this disturbing delay in shipping happened to me after the August Craft Day also, I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you HSN!

Please HSN let your loyal crafties know what is happening!!! We spend $$$$$$ and now left in dark. Im still waiting too So frustrating. I had them shipped to my daughters expecting to have craft time with grand daughter. FRUSTRATING doesnt begin to express what I am feeling. HSN did credit my shipping cost for each item Oct 5 ordered. However now I am home unable to change shipping address,, unable to cancel and credit card charged.
Explanation besides hurricaine would be nice. FREE SHIPPING COUPON for future purchase 1 for each item delayed AND 50% off. Total of next craft purchase
So we wait. Come on HSN you are better than this.

I spoke to Aimee in customer service today and was told my craft day purchases should be shipped by the 25th????? Craft day was on the 5th!! I think this will be my last purchase from HSN. I have had no notices from HSN about the delay. I could be more understanding if they would communicate with me. And they fact that the have charged my credit card is unacceptable!

Everything I ordered from craft day still in packaging. The status did say allow 3-7 business days for delivery and since there was no mail or package delivery on Columbus day I was not expecting anything until this coming Monday (7 business days). Then I received an email this past week that there had been a delay ( only mentioned one out of three items ordered) and said it should arrive in the next 10 days. Will keep an eye on other what other people are saying with orders. If it keeps up will probably do my Christmas shopping some place else. Don’t want to be waiting on Christmas eve for something that I need for Christmas Day.

My craft day purchases are still in packaging also.. frustrating. Wish i could just cancel, but of course it does not give you that option.

Not always, but a lot of times a manager will get on here and answer questions or concerns that the customer has. It would be really nice if we could get a explanation as to just what is going on right now. Why the delays, why have credit cards been charged, when can we expect shipment, etc….Please could a manger or supervisor get on here and give all of us the reasons all of this is really going on?????

You know most people can be fairly considerate if given an explaination. Every time this happens we go through this with HSN until finally someone gets a supervisor on the phone who gives an intelligent explaination. I got three different explainations yesterday. When warehouses are being combined due to a hurricaine, tornado, flood or any other natural disastor, strike or anything else PLEASE just put a notice at the top of the HSN page telling people that shipping is delayed and why and when you will be able to expect your package you know easy peasy. You will lose a lot less customers and make a lot less people angry. You know communication is the key.
