Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?
My craft day purchases are still in packaging. It’s been a week! I ordered after craft day and have received those items. Anyone else having this problem?

The Anna Griffin customer rep emailed me back and said “I do apologize for the issue HSN is having with their warehouse. We do not have any control over this situation but are aware of the problem. This is the first time this has happened with HSN to our knowledge. Again I do apologize for the issue and will pass your email on to Anna.”
I am kind of speechless. Comments?

Add me to the very frustrated customers. I only order craft items from HSN. I ordered around 9 items on October 5. 2 of those were noted as delayed delivery for 11/4, so I was aware of them (didn’t like it, but was aware of it). Last week, I received a shipping notice and actually received the smallest item on the list. Last Wednesday, 10/12, I received an email saying ONE of the remaining 6 orders was delayed and would be shipped within 10 days.
I just called Customer Service and got the merging warehouses story. I was told that all the remaining items were delayed, not just the one that I got an email on. These were all scheduled to go out on 10/15, but since HSN does not “ship on the weekend, these items should ship out today or soon after”. I’m not holding my breath. I’m not cancelling the orders since I want them, but I doubt I will order from HSN again and I’ve spent thousands on Anna Griffin through HSN.

All I can say is I am so happy I wasn’t home to order items this last craft day. I have had a couple problems on previouse craft days. Like ordering something and getting the email that my order has been placed and then a day or 2 later getting another email sayin it is sold out and they hope to get more in by a date more than a month in the future. But this if way far worse. I guess I too will probably be joining the throngs of people saying they are not going to be ordering from HSN anymore. At least it will make me think 2, 3, 4, no wait, even more times before ordering. I will see if it can be ordered anywhere else. If not I will really, really, really have to want it to order from HSN.

So frustrating! I ordered 10 items during the recent craft day and only received 3 of the items! One I actually cancelled because it wasn’t worth the wait. The others are all in “packaging”. I honestly doubt I will be ordering from HSN again! The flex pay made ordering a great idea – but the wait is ridiculous!! I understand that some people are being told there was an issue with the warehouse – if that is the case, customer service should post something on the web site AND EMAIL customers. In this day and age of texting, emailing, twitter, facebook…. It is just POOR customer service not to notify the buyer of delays. HSN you had a chance to step up – but you failed the customer service test. There are a number of other sources to purchase the items you sell with much better customer service.

Same problem for me except now I just found out that the anna griffin deco foil kit I ordered has disappeared from my order summary….. and of course it is sold out. This does make me mad…I don’t mind waiting a little longer for something….but when they just cancel an item….NO!!!!

Up until this month, I have been a huge fan of Anna Griffin crafts and HSN. Totally unprofessional, poor customer service, no communication, and lack of delivery since October 5th has changed my mind. I have literally spent 1,000’s of dollars on AG products and have never experienced this blantant, unexcusable delay of shipping my orders. Most of my products are shipping from the Piney Flats TN which is no where near the coast or Hurricane Matthew.
HSN, the only way to redeem yourself is to inform each and everyone of us whose purchases have been delayed, tell us the real status of our orders, and exactly when we can expect delivery! A honest explanation of how this happened would be appreciated too.

Yes, I order my stuff on October 5th and it’s still packaging. Tired of waiting.

Have anyone’s delayed (“packaging” :smileymad:) orders actually been shipped yet?
I’m still waiting for everything except for one small item that shipped on-schedule. Everything else is still “packaging” and I am absolutely disgusted with the way HSN is handling this huge problem. I normally would have ordered the YBF Beauty TS last week, but I was afraid HSN would take forever to ship it to me, so I passed on it — and I’m sure I’m not the only person who is hesitating to place any more orders right now.

I will not be purchasing from HSN ever again. I have been purchasing Anna Griffin products each and every time she is on for I don’t know how long. And, when I say purchase, I mean I usually purchase a TON! This time, will be the last. As with so many others, they have taken my money, and my items are still sitting in packaging with an estimated delilivery of November 4. THAT’S A MONTH! I cancelled all of the items I could and still have six items sitting there. HSN offers no explanation, no compesnation, no product. I am very disappointed. Sadly, Anna Griffin’s products are now in my rearview mirror, thanks to HSN. By the way, I ordered craft products from the UK on the same day as HSN’s craft event, and the products from the UK have already arrived. Seriously? I can get my products from another continent faster than I can get them from another state in the same country? Sad! Isn’t the whole point of offering the holiday craft items in early October so that we can have them to do our holiday crafting early? Urgh!

I spoke to someone with knowledge of how shopping networks work. That person was wondering if HSN pays the vendor like AG when the credit cards payments clear or when the items are shipped.
Most pay when items are shipped. If that is true with HSN they have had the funds for 12 days now without having to pay vendors. I am going to contact AG and complain.

My business is going somewhere else. I find this very unprofessional out of a company. The company I worked for how several distribution centers & nothing like this ever happened. It would not have been tolerated for any reason. If anything was ever going to be 1 day late the customer was notified & given a ltruthful reason why, not several different excuses. If the person wasn’t satisfied then a supervisor was called immediately to help solve the problem. Nothing was ever charged before it was shipped & there would have been an option to cancel it. I was credited 5.00 spendable cash. Of course, guess where it has to be spend. I would much rather have my orders.

All my purchases from Craft Day are sitting in Packaging. I was able to cancel items on extended delivery. It makes you wonder what the real problem is since HSN is not honestly, openly addressing the problem. As others have noted, their limited responses do not hold up. I will be taking my Christmas shopping elsewhere this year (yes I am a last minute shopper again). I am grateful this happened now as I would have been really upset if this was my gifts for Christmas. It is obvious that Customer Service at HSN has fallen by the wayside. Lesson learned.

I am in complete disbelief as to how badly HSN is handling this issue. No communication, changing stories as to the delays, taking our money and not delivering as per their policy.
I have been working for Fortune 200 companies for more than 25 years. Customer service and fulfilling commitments to them is critical to business success — particularly in the age of social media. These issues can go viral so easily. This is a tremendous failure on the part of HSN. I spent a good deal of money on Craft Day but no more. HSN has handled this so poorly I will not be giving them my business any longer.

I’ve been reading the boards this past week wondering if it was just me, but unfortunately its affecting everyone. I’m a bit confused by all the information that everyone has provided, but I do thank you, as it sheds some light on things…well not really, but it is obvious the frustration is growing and growing. I placed 1 order with 5 items of Anna Griffin which in HSN ordering it turns into 5 orders on 10/6, the cuttlebug machine, 3 dies and 1 pack of paper. I received 1 of the dies a couple days later and everything else is waiting in packaging. If the warehouse is consolidtating, if there is a delay becasue of the hurricane, then why did I receive 1 die? I can’t even use it becasue they haven’t sent me the machine for goodness sake! I will offer some advice to everyone, dispute the charge with your cc company! For me, I will return them all “when” they arrive, I won’t be held to a companies ineffective operation, like everyone else my visa was charged for all the items. While my cc billing has not closed yet, if I do not have the items by the time it closes, I will dispute the charge and that is what everyone else should do. They will be inundated with calls from the cc companies. To date, I have not received a single email telling me there is a delay as some have mentioned. Hang in there everyone, the customer will prevail in this case, only if you take a stand up for yourself and stop buying.

Not once was it mentioned to me about a hurricane. I was told an unforeseen issue in the warehouse. If a hurricane hit there I would have more compassion. But since I placed and order on the first and that has not come yet either, I have doubts. If they are claiming hurricane and have not indeed been hit, they could get in a lot of trouble! Come on HSN just tell us all what is going on and please be consistent!
