Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?
My craft day purchases are still in packaging. It’s been a week! I ordered after craft day and have received those items. Anyone else having this problem?

I think making a complaint to HSN is probably the first step, but then going to the individual suppliers websites and contact them directly might be helpful as well. I am doing this. I purchased on Oct 3rd and 5th, and still am waiting for items. I think it is a shame.

If it’s a warehouse issue, why aren’t they having problems with ALL items shipping. Is there a specific warehouse for the craft items? Is it all craft items that aren’t being shipped, or is it just Anna Griffin items not been shipped? Send me something (a comparable replacement, mine doesn’t have to be Ana Griffin) . . . so many questions, not any answers.

I called and cancelled all items in packaging status yesterday. The supervisor explained there are IT system issues with the warehouse. Regardless of the issue, I went ahead and cancelled. They are refunding my credit card and this should appear on my account in three business days. However, due to the IT system issues, she was not able to cancel my order. If the items are sent, I can return them free of charge or contact them so they can put through the charges on my credit card.
The HSN Manager posted a message about this yesterday (see below).
If this were the first time this happened to me, I would be more understanding. However, this also happened after the August 30th Craft Day. HSN has lost my trust and their credibility and therefore they have lost my business.

I hope they ship on the 22nd. If not, I will cancel. I believe they took in orders without having the product(s) or not enough of them. I hate to cancel, and then wait for funds to be credited back to my account. It takes awhile for HSN to send the credit back to your credit card company.

I just called and was informed that there was a problem with the warehouse. So it sounds like they are using any and all of the excuses. In talking to customer service they are now saying the projected ship date is October 25th. Well like the rest of you I have been charged and no product! So HSN takes your money and offers differing explanations as to why this is happening or when my items will arrive.
I have never experienced this with HSN. And like may of you I’m tempted to call back and cancel the whole order. I will also contact corporate. Not a satisfied customer at this time.

HSN why don’t you stop the shipping of everything until you get the craft day orders out. People are being told it will be another 10 days or so I don’t think you even have the items to ship, I don’t know this but it is my gut feeling, otherwise you would be shipping out all these orders to make your loyal customers happy. I believe you sold items before you actually had them. If you did not have the stuff to ship this should have been clearly stated on air at the time of presentations. I feel that your customers were mislead. If there was really a problem in the warehouse, I would think you would make sure and get all the oldest orders out first before shipping any new orders for anything else. So why don’t you ship all these orders today if they are truly in stock?????
I HOPE A MANAGER WILL REPLY TO THIS, WHY CAN’T THIS STUFF SHIP TODAY TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY ?????

Can order what I ordered from HSN from ebay & have it by Friday of this week, not 2+ weeks. Something is seriously wrong. Will take more than $5.00 spendable cash for me to order again. No communication from them as when I can expect my orders & not talking pocket change price wise.

I too, placed my order on craft day & have not gotten anything, nor any kind of email to let me know what was going on. The items I ordered were things I needed for a craft fair that I am doing nov.5th. in which I have already paid for my space. Had I been notified, I could have made other arrangements or simply not rented my space, so if I don’t get my order ASAP, I will lose the $75 I paid for my space!
I understand things happen that no one can control; however, in this case it is not what happened, but how they are handling it that is so upsetting & they do have complete control over that!
I have been a loyal customer for MANY years & nothing like this has ever happened, so I can’t understand why they are choosing to handle such a big mess this badly!
9 days ago, they told me that I would have my order within the next 10 days, then yesterday when I called, I was told the same thing, so I guess that is just their stock answers to everyone!
I agree w/ others on here that HSN needs to be HONEST w/ us & do something to make up for how poorly they have & are handling this!!

Lets not pick on customer service it is HSN the reps are stuck and can only tell us what they are told. Take it out on the corporate side. Has any noticed there are few comments on this thread by hsn. It is time to go the old route, write a letter of complaint to corporate headquarters. Yes folks i am suggesting you take physical pen to paper write your complaint and sign it. Put in envelope, address, add stamp, and mail. IF ENOUGH OF US BAN TOGETHER HSN will be forced to notice and DO something. Can we do this? Yes we can, heck we can all send an AG card. Thanks in advance

It seems to me that it is all craft day items that are not shipping, I saw a few posts about Andrew’s vitiams not shipping, but I am thinking that the craft items were not, and are not in stock yet. I am thinking craft items were sold before they ever reached the warehouse?? I too am very mad that my charge card has been charged for 2 weeks and I do not have my items yet. I think that HSN should give everyone a 50% credit on the orders we are waiting for and we have been charged for. If they want to keep their customers they certainly need to do something major to make up for this MASSIVE error. If they were to really make it up to all of us in a major way I think we could forgive and continue to give them our business, because prior to this, over all they have been a very good company to deal with, but I do not like what is happening right now at all. This issue has really gotten me quite angry.

At least you got some spendable kash, all I got was an email saying “We are aware of this issue and current information shows we hope to get your order to you in the next 3 to 7 business days.” The current information has been showing 3-7 days for 10 days. They should give us all $25 gift cards for all this waiting.

Well, this is very interesting. I’m just now seeing this thread and I feel I’ve been lied to. I called a week ago and was told the delay was because of the hurricane. So I called just now to see what they’d say this time and I get the story about software problems at the warehouse. So which is it? No projected ship date. And, I’ve already been charged! So you take my money, and offer no reasonable explanation as to why this is happening or when my items will arrive. Very unproffesional, HSN!! I’m tempted to call back and cancel the whole thing. A few hundred dollars worth, by the way. Maybe emails to your vendors, like Anna Griffin, among others, would get things moving. C’mon, HSN, you’ve dropped the ball bigtime! Very unhappy, and likely to not shop another craft day.

Where is my order? Tomorrow will be two weeks from the day that I ordered items on craft day. I am so angry and so tired of the lame excuses. Since you have already charged my card maybe I should just drive down to Piney Flats and get them myself. This is so unprofessional and they think $5 in spendable cash is supposed to make me happy again. PLEASE!! You should send me a coupon for 50% off my entire order with free shipping usable on the next craft day.
Do you really understand or even care how angry people are? There are people asking Crafter’s Companion to move from HSN to QVC, the same way they switched channels in the UK>

So, hsn are you saying that you have the items in the warehouse but because of your delay we have to wait? This is ridiculous! If your new process didn’t work, then maybe you should use your old one! Also, I think it’s a exaggeration to say some of our orders are delayed. Is that a joke?? Seriously, so done.

I also ordered 5 items on October 5. One was extended delivery and I later received an email saying that my Anna Griffin item would be delayed. The other items and 2 I’ve ordered since are still listed as packaging. It’s bad enough that there hasn’t been any explanation to so many customers unless they call/email HSN themselves. But what really frosts me is the emails I keep getting from HSN saying that they’re so glad I found items I like, while you’re waiting why don’t you buy some more! I don’t know if I like what I bought (and was already charged for)! I’ve never received anything or gotten to try the items.
