Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?
My craft day purchases are still in packaging. It’s been a week! I ordered after craft day and have received those items. Anyone else having this problem?

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS….I personally know an HSN customer who ordered items on the 18th of October. It shipped on the 20th of October, As of the 21st of Oct it is at their local post office. They more than likely will have it at their home by the 22nd of October.
I placed and order on the 5th of October. As of the 21st of Oct. it is still “packing”. I called on the 19th to cancel and request a full refund. I was told they would not be able to cancel the order, since it was “packing”, but they would waive the return shipping fee and I could return it when I received the item. They would refund my payment, but it would take 2 to 3 business days or longer to get the refund applied to my card. :smileyfrustrated:
This just isn’t right. I smell a rat!!!! Somebody somewhere needs to come clean and make things right with their customers. That somebody somewhere would be HSN Management.The rat is HSN itself.:catmad:

As I appreciate a message from the President, have to wonder where the CEO Mindy Grossman is? Clearly couldn’t take 60 seconds to write a message and acknowledge her customers concerns. She’ll get paid regardless, because HSN took everyone’s money without sending product. Way to do business HSN!

Two of my items ordered on Oct 5th show delivery should be tiday. All others are still in packaging. Most are Anna Griffin but one of them is Paper Wishes. I love craft days so much but after this I just am not sure about ordering. Most of what I and everyone else ordered was Christmas items it is now Oct 21st with no commitment on HSN part as to when the remaining items will ship.The time it took for management to even post a response to all of our questions was as they use to say a day late and a dollar short. It’s time they offered HSN customers a little more than what they have. I am curious as to how much my shipping charges are going to be.

You know this could have been avoided if they had simply posted a banner on their site saying something like ” We’re sorry but due to an unexpected complication all orders from our Tennessee warehouse will be delayed up to 2 weeks.” Then they could have not billed us until our orders really did ship, given us the option of cancelling, shipped from another warehouse, etc. Now to make it up to us waiting they should ship our orders Fed-ex or some type of overnight delivery at their expense. Then to keep us as customers they should offer us a code for a 10% discount on our next craft order or at least a $10 gift certificate towards the next purchase. I personally am waiting for 14 items that I ordered.- mostly Anna Griffin & Crafters Companion. I love them & will wait but it puts a big cramp in timing my holiday shows.

I ended up cancelling my order – when I called the CS rep was so very nice, and I asked her really just how much longer and she said it was showing another 10 business days, not really giving me enough time to complete my project so I cancelled. Most of the items were HSN exclusive AG items It’s very sad but I could not see them having my money for more than 30 days, me nothing and still no guarantee that I would have them.

I am so disappointed. Everything I ordered on the 4th or 5th still in packaging.

As of today my items still in packaging. Received email yesterday advising of a technology update in one of the warehouses. It also said I could call and canel my order for a full refund. When I called the automated system would not let me cancel but I did speak to a representative and he cancelled my order. Said it would take about 24 hrs. for status change and refund. I hated to do this because I really did want the items bu didn’t need the items so will look else where. Will also be cancelling my auto ship for items I did not receive.

Just curious if anyone has received the new Cricut Explore Air 2. Just wondering if there is some legal thing going on there between Cricut/HSN/JoAnn Fabrics and their release dates.

I am still waiting on my things I ordered on craft day.my items comes from TN. also . and i live in
MIchigan .I know how all of us crafters feel .Why would we want to watch another craft day! i agree with every one.I think this will be it for me.I probally could have went on the companys website that makes the items and placed the order ourselves. Karen

I emailed HSN on Oct. 17th and listed all 4 items that were in Packaging. This is what I wrote:
Me: It’s been saying Packaging for over a week now and it is going on 12 days since I’ve ordered. If I could I would cancel it but that is not an option! Payment for all 4 items has been taken out of my account already and as I understand it, payment is Not suppose to be taken out until it has been shipped. I wanted to order more craft items but since this has happened, I am not going to. I’m Very disappointed in HSN and will probably will not order from you again. I Know I am not the only one dealing with this. It needs to be fixed if you want to keep customers happy. If I can, I would like to Cancel all the craft items that I have listed and Credit all the payments that have been charged to my account as soon as possible.
And this was their reply later that day:
HSN Customer Service: Oh no! I am so sorry that your order has not shipped. We always want you to get all of your items in a timely manner.
I apologize but there is a slight delay at the warehouse. Please note that our upper management is working with the warehouse to get all of the orders shipped as soon as possible. As soon as your item ships we will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
I hope you allow us another opportunity in the future to give you a better shopping experience. Thank you for choosing HSN and have a wonderful day!

As far as hoping to give them another opportunity in the furture, “I Don’t Think So!” “Too Late For That!” They are losing a lot of customers because of they’re Dishonesty! Now it gone too far! Lies never get you anywhere! THE TRUTH ALWAYS WORKS! I’m Done With Them!!!!!!!!!! So Upset!

Two of my items are now out of packaging and says should receive by 10/21, others still in packaging, curious as to how much shipping will be now that item’s are no longer being shipped together. Two weeks to make it this far. Wonder how long a wait for the rest?

I called 727-872-1000, which is HSN’S Corporate Office phone number, I asked for Mindy Grossman, CEO of HSN, got her voice mail and left a message, lets see how much HSN really cares about their customers, let’s see if I get a call back.
I also got my generic letter about how sorry they are about not receiving my order and the warehouse problems. So I decided to call customer service, talked to Chelsea, I asked her to cancel my order, GUESS WHAT? Her computer froze up right at that very moment, I told her I would hang on while she rebooted, she hung up on me. Before that I had asked her if I cancelled and they still sent my order and I wanted to send it back, rather than me having to go to UPS if I could have it picked up, she said yes but it would cost me. I said it is HSN’s fault all this has happened she said well you will have to pay to have it picked up.
REALLY ??? REALLY ?????
I can’t believe this is as messed up as it is, she also told me it would be 10 days before my order would ship, WHAT A JOKE, I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH HSN AGAIN!!!!!! I am sick of this, I am done.
