Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?

Mine are still in packaging also.  Received an email today stating there has been a delay and I should receive my item within the next 10 days.  If the hurricane caused issues I can understand the delay. HSN is very quick in responding to issues so I have no problem waiting.

Hi Everyone, I called Customer Service last night and spoke to Josh, he apologized and told me one of their warehouse facility is having technological problems hence the delay in the shipments and HSN is working extremely hard to ship everything by 10/15.

  He was so concerned and apologic that I couldn’t even get angry, because these things do happen occasionally.

Just curious, I put these items on my Visa instead of my HSN card. I wonder if that affects the fulfillment order.

Same here … still in packaging.  This happened to me after the last Craft Day at the end of August.  My order was in “packaging” for about 10 days.  I’m not sure what is going on with HSN warehouse operations, but I am not happy customer with these delays —- especially since my credit card has been charged and I’ve paid my credit card bill in full.  I sure hope my fellow HSN crafters are having better luck than I am!

Me too!!  Some of them have been shipped from the Piney Flats, TN warehouse, but the majority are still “packaging”.  I just talked to CS.  They are blaming the hurricane.  Seems like all of the crafting items would be in the same warehouse…
