Craft Day Purchases still in Packaging?
My craft day purchases are still in packaging. It’s been a week! I ordered after craft day and have received those items. Anyone else having this problem?

I ordered a new Cricut Air 2 and several other items and havent received any thing yet. I emailed them and they explained what was going on. 3 wks and holding !!

Now everything but my Grandson’s Star War books have shipped!
That was the one item I did not consider cancelling. Hopefully it ships soon.

I was just over at Anna Griffin’s Facebook page and it appears that people are starting to get packages from craft day. I hope everyone gets their packages soon. This was one craft day that I only ordered one thing and luckily I received it on the 13 th. Hope everyone will soon be happily crafting.:smileyhappy:

I’m disgruntled, too. I’m still waiting for my 10/5 items but received the Anna Griffin wrapping paper box that wasn’t to be mailed until 11/4! I agree that their prices are good on craft items but I’m paying credit card interest on items that I haven’t even received yet!
Glad to hear that some got $5 kash.
The other day I purchased the today’s special hair dryer and it’s still in packaging — same issue, I guess.
Unfortunately, and I hate to say it, but I’m not going to purchase anything from HSN again.

FYI: Items I ordered on Oct 7th are still in packing, although they were canceled Oct. 20th:womanfrustrated:. Reordered same ITEMS ON Oct 22th. As of Oct 24th, they HAVE SHIPPED FROM FONTANA,CALIFORNIA! :womanlol: What gives with all of the “excuses” I received regarding the Piney Flats, Tn. warehouse? :womanmad: The items I ordered were “Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay” (great Otis Redding song from the 60’s) and not in Tennessee after all! :womanwink: I have lost all faith in HSN.:womanmad:
Of course, I had better not be too uppity about my packages of Oct 22nd having shipped. I don’t have them in my possession yet, and the weather person says cold weather is on it’s way. If a hurricane on the East coast can effect Tennessee then Heaven only knows what cold weather may do to California……Yet, I am thrilled that the story is that the items I ordered Octobrt 22 are on their way to me.THAT IS HSN’S STORY AND I HOPE THEY ARE STICKING TO IT.:womanfrustrated: Of course, if this be true, Heaven Be Praised for the miracle..It definitively has taken a miracle to get this order processed

I am happy to report that my items shipped. Of course, they are going to arrive on the one day of the week that I am not home. Hopefully they will delivery to my rental office, and not leave at the front door.

At least yours shipped mine has not. lol Enjoy it!

Mine shipped on the 22nd. According to my account. I was given a tracking number and what do u know it’s still sitting there in Tennessee. What worse I put the tracking number in at ups.com……ta da……no information available. Oh and zulily who takes forever to deliver, I got my packages from them that I ordered on the 12th go figure. And they came from California. I feel snarky about this I’m sorry but geeze, I’m given a glimmer of hope my fun is coming and then it’s taken away! For 2 weeks! Next time do not take my mine until you ship my product please!

Well my Anna Griffin Cricut machine shipped out at 7:30 am this morning. My cuttlebug is still in packaging; nevertheless, I’m glad some progress is being made. I ordered it on October 5. It’s coming from TN to KY . . . don’t see how hurricane had anything to do with delayed shipping. Anyway, maybe others will begin to ship ….

Here it is Monday and after their team and full staff working on it my stuff is still in packing. I think it’s just bad business to be this dishonest and no word yet with this problem they are still selling and sending other others yet ours are sitting!! HSN it’s time to get this fixed. Please!!!

What is going on here? Post after post after post about excuses on the shipping that were given to customers, some finally getting their oct 5th purchases, others not, some getting a credit, spendable kash, whatever. Why couldnt the message be the same from upper managment through customer service? I apologize for being rude but this whole debacle has turned into a load of bs. This is why people get upset and threaten to stop shopping at HSN. All customers want to be treated the same. If one gets expedited shipping, all that ordered that day should too. If someone gets a credit, others should too. Don’t forget about all the other customers who still are waiting for their stuff but do not have access to Internet and rely on tv alone. I agree with another member here, run a banner across the bottom of the screen. With all the yip yapping the hosts do surely they can mention that to people so they don’t spend their money on an item that is meant to be a gift that won’t come for a month, such as my case. At least Christmas is coming and I can use it then. Honesty please!

I found an online article from fall of 2015, which stated that the latter part of 2016 that HSN would be consolidating 3 warehouses into one the Piney Flats, TN and that it would be able to handle all of the bulk since it was much larger and would have a system that could expedite and that in product testing it was showing great results. A year later and it is implemented and what a fiasco! This matches up to what some of us have been hearing, the last customer rep I spoke too, who by the way was very apologetic, also gave me the same info, when I brought up the other things I and others had been told she said that they had just gotten an email that day explaining to them and that the hurricane blaming was what some had probably thought. After reading the article from a year ago, I really think HSN is probably really embarassed by the failure of the system. I told the rep that several persons had mentioned getting SKash and I was not offered any. I had 13 iterms ordered and did receive two that came from Jupiter, Fl. She said she did not know of any thing like that. I know HSN has had a horrible time with this and I myself have been quite upset with all that has transpired. I think that Spendable Kash would be a nice gesture To help soothe and hopefully, they have learned that the upfront truth is the best way to go with longtime customers.
When the Gemini was first launched I ordered one, it arrived broken, apparently in transit. If I wiggled the machine enough I could get it to run. I called customer service and was told I could return it, but it had sold out and I would not be able to get a replacement. I was also told that I could contact the extended warranty people and could get it repaired or replaced that way. However, the extended warranty people were not very nice and said if it had been damaged in transit that the warranty did not cover it. No way to tell how exactly when or how it had been damaged, but something was loose in it. So, I made the decision to return it and was told that if it came back in stock in the next 60 days, I would be able to repurchase at the original price of 179.99, it has come back twice since then and I was then told that I could not purchase at the discounted price because it was not the same offer. Why offer me the extended offer of lower price when it was never intended to be brought back with the same item number.
Now add the delayed shipping and all the stories, needless to say I am very disappointed in how everything has been handled, I have been a longtime customer of HSN and I mean a very long time. Getting a spendable kash offer would have been nice. I am an understanding person and I sincerely hope HSN learns from this situation and helps treat the customers much better, we are what keeps you in business.

Like others I have been patient and still want my items. I haven’t called Customer Service because after reading everything here it would not make a difference and would only add to my growing frustration. I did send an email to the VIP Customer email mentioned but still waiting for a response.
I received 2 of my 14 items, which 1 is of no use because what I ordered it for has been in packaging along with my other orders for 16 days.
Surely by now, HSN could have fixed the problem. How is it you can send out newly purchased items in a timely manner but not ours that have been there since Oct. 5th? Items that we are expected to pay for without knowing when/if we’ll ever get them. The first notice said I’d receive one of my items within 10 days…that would be tomorrow. Don’t think that’ll be happening.
What does “We’re having issues with some package shipping delays out of our Tennessee warehouse and we’re trying to catch up.” really mean? Why is it some and not all ?
I have always patiently waited for my items in the past, even the ones from the Aug. Craft Event that were slightly delayed. I was so excited to be able to get them to use for upcoming craft shows only to learn no one knows when I’ll get them. This is beyond frustrating and sad.

I think what it all boils down to is that we ordered our stuff on the 4th and 5th. Our stuff somehow is still setting while others are receiving their stuff! If your shipping is messed up then all of it should be sitting!!! We have waited and waited and some of us have been nice and you haven’t offered any help or said it will be there by this day! It’s very aggravating! HSN is better than this. Surely you are not charging us any shipping at this point! A little they are moving we are on certain letters or days would be very nice!

Kim: HSN MGR. I have read the message. I have heard all of the excuses. I have contacted HSN team members personally. All to no avail. Unless you can walk on water, I don’t think you can help. If owners/CEO won’t/can’t help. I seriously doulb that Managers can/will fare any better. Thanks just the same….
