Craft day products shipping

Can you please tell me why all the items I purchased on Oct 5 still say packaging? They have said this since Oct 7th and it’s the 12th now.

I just received an email for 1 item saying 10 days because of a delay in shipment from WeRMemoryKeepers. Now you’re just giving an open ended date for Anna Griffin and Crafters Companion items.

This is not the way HSN used to be. You sold quality products at good prices with fast dependable shipping. Now I get my items in oversized crushed boxes, shipped by smartpost that adds 3-5 days to get my package to me.

I hope you are decent enough not to send the items ordered on the 5th by smartpost.
