Craft day item still in packaging?

I am still waiting for an item I ordered on October 5th’s craft day. A few days after, I was sent a message saying it would be arriving about October 20th. It has said in packaging for weeks now yet I’ve been charged but still waiting. I understand that you are consolidating warehouses, but hsn should have prepared for this and had these items in other warehouses to ship. I am beyond disappointed.

Yes I’m disappointed in the shipping delay. But I’m angry that hsn took my money almost a month ago. With delays like these, you shouldn’t be allowed to charge people until the item actually ships, not just a sticker made for shipping, but actually ready to ship.
