craft companion’s edgeables with cuttlebug

i’m trying the dies with cuttlebug and they won’t cut the center part of die. i also added an extra piece of cardstock for more pressure. no luck. my “sandwich” consists of A plate, mat,B plate,die attached to cardstock,extra cardstock , B plate. any help would be appreciated.

OK it worked 95%. just had tomake one small snip. i use the cardboard the die was onand wax paper as extra shims. a bit of a pain but i am stubborn too. lol. thanks again for tip.

Have you tried the green rubber pad that comes with some of Anna’s die cut kits? Try some wax paper in between the die cut and paper. I have had trouble with some of my die cuts too. I made a “shim card” out of some cardboard and I put it in the sandwich. Sometimes that helps too. Hope one of these ideas works for you. I learn these tricks watching YouTube videos.

thank u Seanchai for replying. I did try C plate, same thing , not enough pressure. I wonder what Sara Davies did. I bet it was with her Gemini.

TSTAGL – I am *not* the expert that some of the gals here are, but have you tried it with a C plate? Where’s PyschoMom? She’s the pro around here (along with a great many others!)
