circut explore air Anna Griffin free content

I just recieved and set up my cricut that came with the free Anna Griffin content including a 6 month subscription to design space but I can’t find where the Anna content is. Also, it doesn’t seem to recognize that I have a subscription. When I initally setup I got a message on my computer screen that said something like congratulations on your purchase from HSN which included lots of free content. It said where to find it, (I can’t remember exactly where it said it would be) but once I clicked passed that screen it took me to my account which I already had set up before I bought this machine. And it doesn’t show that I have a subscription or the free anna content. Can anyone help? BTW, this is my first cricut machine so this is new to me. Was a former Silhouett user.

my advice will be to call cricut customer service. Im sure they will get you going. you are going to love it!

Hopefully you have answers by now – but just in case… Your content will be in Cricut Design Space – also called Cricut Access. If you linked your new Cricut Explore to your existing cricut account it should just be there when you log on. You may need to filter for My Images or Puchased to see it.

If you don’t see it there I agree with Vicky – call Cricut Support or use the online chat on their website. They will help you find your content.

Also, there are MANY YouTube videos that can help you learn how to navigate Design Space. The Cricut Explore is a fantastic tool and once you get started you will love it! Personally I like the Official Cricut videos – they are to the point and titled so that you can search for specific things you want to learn.
