Brother scan and cut

has anyone else been scammed by the brother scan and cut deal? I tried to order one on March 16th it was 299.00 free shipping. It was out of stock. The next day it appeared in my favorites as IN stock. I tried to ordered it. even though I was going to have to pay for shipping. I then got an email saying I would not receive it for almost 4 weeks!

So I felt scammed! I ordered it from Amazon it arrived in 2 days but I could not use it as it did not have an activation card. I went to hsn and ordered a card. Then I saw they had CM 350 H. The original was a CM350 not an H. It was 49.00 more so I ordered it and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It arrived. It was the CM350! The one they said was out of stock and I would have to wait WEEKS for. I called and after getting an argument from the rep I spoke to Scout a supervisor she assured me they would send the correct one CM350H! It arrived AGAIN the wrong one, I called again spoke to another supervisor they sent me another one AGAIN it is wrong it is another CM350! Now I have 3 CM350!!!! The one they told me they DONT stock anymore they only have the CM350H. Everyone is now paying 49.00 more for and getting the CM350.

What a scam!!!

Have you tried to enter the number? The H represents the bundle the Scan N Cut was in.

I’m terribly sorry to learn about this! Certainly you can return the orders to us for a full refund.

Great question! The Fuse will not work with regular paper. It is meant to be used with Page Protectors or “fuseable” paper. (Polypropelene paper.)
