Brother scan and cut scam

Just to give you a heads up. the H stands for the bundle that you are getting with the cm350.

For example the same machine cm350R is found at Amazon, Also too the Brother site. The R in this case stands for the Rhinestone kit that is offered as a bundle package.

When the Brother Scanncut cm350H was debuted on HSN back in the fall of 2015 that was the first scanncut2 machine offered here at HSN from Brother was bundled as H. With this scanncut comes the activation card that was part of the cm350H bundle. That is why you are now seeing this model here for an additional 50.00 as it is an optional purchase for this model.

With the new bundle the Universal Pen Holder why they did not give it another letter after the 350 is interesting. I too would find it a bit confusing due to the fact that the cm350H is in stock. The difference is now in price as the sale for that one has gone off. Plus you do not get the pen holder with that one.

You are still getting the same machine. Now with that said the one on craft day was offered with the universal pen holder different from the pen holder that comes with most models. I too understand that one was sold out.

I have the cm550DX the DX again stands for the bundle package. I too was thinking my machine was different because it says on the machine cm550. The box says cm550DX. I then checked the registration and model numbers to what is on the box and it all matched up. There for my machine is cm550/550DX.

I understand there will be another big craft day in May and one in April. Not sure if the Brother scanncut will be offered. You can always put a question out as to when it will be back again with the universal pen holder.

I hope this brings a bit more of an  understanding as to what is going on here with the Brother scan ncuts.

Just for the record .  When I spoke to customer service this morning the rep told me this order that I did NOT request.  Will arrive on the 19th.  I will NOT even be here then!
