I understood your original post. CS told me the same thing on the phone, bc I was worried it was too late.

It really is unfortunate that some CS staff are not up to date with returns.  This is especially true, considering it is plastered all over the site as to what the parameters are for returning items.  I’ve shopped here for over twenty years and the only time extended returns are allowed is during the holiday.

You should begin the clock, the day you received your package.  So, say you have at least twenty days to try out the product.  If you plan on returning it, then that extra 10 days should allow enough time to get it back to the warehouse before the 30 days is up.
