Contacted Anna G. A lovely rep explained that Anna licenses her name and designs to Provo Craft. They are the ones who manufacture and ship. Guess I will be calling Cricut support.

Thanks for posting this.   I’m sorry that both you and your friend are missing the zero, which is obviously a very important number to have.

Your posting this prompted me to look carefully at my set.    Thankfully, my zero is there, oddly placed sideways, next to the 8 instead of the 9, but it is there.

Go to Anna’s website and get her contact address. Email her directly, tell them the problem. If you can take a picture and email it with your complaint. If I ever have a problem with something I have ordered from HSN or QVC I DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE VENDOR. They usually will send the thing that is missing. I bought a brush kit from iT Cosmetics and a brush was missing. They sent me a new kit and I didn’t have to send the old kit back. Hope this helps. ??
