Anna Griffin ITEMS ON EXTENDED DELIVERY!
I ordered all of Anna Griffins new items as soon as they became available on the site. I received a message stating that all of my order is on extended delivery, and won’t arrive until November 4th! Why are they not stating this on air? We need to know that all the items they are presenting are not available, and are on extended delivery. Why are they failing to mention this on air?

I ordered online, and it clearly stated which dates the items should arrive. “Extended Delivery” was even in red print!. If you phoned in yor order, the rep should have told you which items were on extended delivery.

I am glad that I was still able to place an order even though it was on extended delivery.

Just checked on mine, they are still on extended delivery. 🙁 It did not say that when I ordered on line. Well hopefully they won’t be delays further.

Not sure how you ordered, if on line, etc… but I ordered thru a CSR who advised me immediately a couple of my items were extended delivery (11-4 IIRC) and asked if that was okay, I told her sure, a couple of weeks vs not getting them at all?
Out of 20 items I ordered 2 were extended, No biggie afaic. :womanhappy:

Same thing here, my items are on extended delivery but it didn’t say that when I order. After the shipping delay on the other items I am considering cancelling the items marked extended delivery. Just wondering if I will ever get any of my items.

I might as well put in my take on things. I have ordered 5 things of Anna Griffins and Crafter Companion and I have seen it say packing since the October 7th. I have made phone calls one after another and get all kind of excuses why it has not shipped. First and glitch in the warehouse then it is being shipped on the 15th then it is because of the hurricane. Now it will be sent out by the 25th of October. But I had a sister who bought something on the October 5 and has already received it. Now think about this where are they keeping everything that is bought on a everyday basics. May next step is to send a email to the ceo of hsn. Enough is enough. They received my first payment soon have another payment due before I even get it and to enjoy it before or if it even comes. You do not treat customers like we are being treated. Step up to the base and take care of your customers. And as far as the glitch in the warehouse I was told by a manager it was fixed and my order would be sent out in a few days then the very next day I get a email saying one of my items would take another 10 days to come out.

Don’t believe what you see mine has been packaging since the 7th of October. Have seen nothing since. They are blaming it on the hurricane. I don’t believe that either. What are they doing with everything that people have bought on the show since this month’s craft show.

Told me mine would be here by today. Didn’t happen. Not happy with this slow shipping & all the excuses.

I ordered three Anna Griffin items on the 5th of October. They have been in packaging since that day. I ordered several more items on the 14thof October. This weekend I tried to order 4 items and use my paypal credit card. The Anna Griffin items were on flex pay so my bill came to 58.70. I keep getting ORDER ERROR a paypal card already exists on this account. I spent four hours trying to resolve this issue with no luck. I have emptied my browser of history and cookies. I tried having HSN process the order over the phone I was told the credit was declined when I call paypal they say there is NO REASON for the decline. I had just made a credit card payment of 165.00 so I know there was at least that amount t of room on my credit card. They also tried deleting the HSN buyer agreement from my paypal account still nothing And now today NONE of the items are still on 4 flex payments. I almost feel like it was being done on purpose. I am very frustrated. All I did was spend four wasted hours calling back and forth between HSN and Paypal with no answers. I went on chat today to try to get a delivery date. I want to be home to re eve my cricuit machine. I DO NOT want someone else’s cast off items. Especially electronic ones.!
