Anna Griffin Explore Air-where are my cartridges????

I purchased the machine on July 1 but wasn’t able to open and hook it up until yesterday. I thought there were supposed to be two Anna Griffin cartridges included in the purchase. They weren’t included in the shipment. Can anyone clue me in? Should I be contacting Customer Service about this? Thanks much.

SUZABELLE50, they are digital cartridges. When you create an account and register your machine in Design Space, the content is unlocked.
