Anna Griffin Digital Cartridge
I purchased the Anna Griffin Fantastic Flips digital cartridge on craft day and just received. I scratched off the card and entered it on Cricut.com but it says it’s an invalid code. I’ve entered it several times, in several ways (with caps and without) still the same. Did anyone else receive their’s and has anyone had any problems?

I just tried everything to get my code to work also. This is pretty ridiculous from 2 large companies when there are literally hundreds if not thousands of smaller companies that can get this right without problem. Will be cancelling this auto delivery. There has been no help from any quarter. No customer service means no customers.

I am so sorry to hear about the loading issue. I am writing here to let you know that I printed out one of the Flip cards out and found out that it did not meet properly when folded on the score lines. If this happens to you call cricut and let them know. I did and the rep said he would let them know about it. I got it to match up by not using my scoring tool and folding it myself.

I just contacted Cricut.Com and used the chat option. A representative came on quickly and asked for my Anna’s Fantastic Flip Card Digital Cartridge code plus for me to email a picture of the front and back of the card. I also emailed a picture of my HSN packing slip. The representative entered my code and asked me to check my Cricut design space. My digital card plus bonus were in my Cricut Design Space! Easy Peasey. Just have your email ready with the pictures.

I emailed the CEO of Cricit Mr. Asish Auror about the overall tenuous relationship with his company, Anna Griffin and HSN. I had several problems with different Cricut products with Anna G licenses/designs sold here at HSN. I had a problem with the Anna G explore and missing parts of the recent wishful thinking die kit. It is sadly a visious cycle. Anna G can’t help as her company just puts her name and designs on the product. Cricut can’t help because many times the product or bundle is just made for HSN so they just throw it over the wall to HSN. Then HSN just ships. In the end, no one can help. All HSN can offer is for us to just send the product back. That in itself is a great option. They provide a return label and will not charge for shipping back. But, if we the consumer just want our product and what we paid for and want it to work, we are out of luck. Mr. Auror responded quickly to me. He is sorry I have had problems and will let HSN know. Anna G’s office is sorry and will let HSN know. HSN is sorry and will be happy to receive my return. I have figured out that for the most part, no one can really help. All 3 great/good companies. Together this triad falls short in customer service.

Just tried loading myAnna Griffin Fantastic Flips digital cartridge too….no success. I read the manager’s post but Cricut was closed by the time I called. I’m so sad. I am glad that I checked this community post before getting too frustrated.

I am sorry for everyone that is also has had this issue or is currently having it but I also purchased this cartridge on Craft Day, I hadn’t gotten around to entering til now & and I’m also getting the same messages that it seems several others of you have gotten. I’ve also tried several ways, caps, lower case etc etc and nothing works. I emailed for help and got the “it will take a week to get a response” NOT HAPPY !!!!

Still can’t get help with my digital cartridge. Still giving error message.
No one from Cricut chat has contacted me yet.

I had the same issue today – did live chat with the cricut rep and they were able to load it in to design space for me.

I had the same problem, tried several times to get access but it didn’t seem to go through, but when I checked in Design Space I had access.

I have tried for over 4 hours to access my Anna’s Fantastic Flip Cards Digital Cartridge as well. I have also tried for the past 4 hours on the phone and the line is continuously busy. I am very upset and rather angry. An email states it will take 5-7 days for a respnse. This is totally unacceptable. I have tried numerous ways of entering the code and it states it is invalid. I do not like this new form of cartridge at all. I need to download this content immediately.

I too could not get my code to work on Cricut.com. I called (seems to be more effective than chat in my case) Cricut. After emailed a photo of my card with the code and proof of purchase from HSN they loaded AG Fantastic Flips. The printables were not included initially. I called back and sent the 2nd rep the same data and she loaded the “bonus” images, which are the printables. The cartridge is fun, don’t give up! Cricut seems to be aware of the issue.

Did you try circuit.com/redeem. I loaded mine over the weekend with no problem.. I went in through my circuit.com account. Both loaded.

I had the same problem-contacted Cricut and they were able to get the cartridge on my Design Space-BUT the bonus printables didn’t load. So called HSN and they were unable to help me-told me to contact Cricut again-but I doubt they’ll be able to load them either. I am a bit mad-this was one reason I bought the digital cartridge and now I probably can’t get the bonus material. The customer service lady said they’d give me a partial refund if I couldn’t get the printables! But still-:smileyfrustrated:

, I’m sorry to see this. I don’t recall seeing any other reports of this. I think Cricut would be able to help with this. You can reach them at 1-877-727-4288. Please let me know if they’re not able to assist.
