Anna Griffin Cuttlebug – Missing
Great job on shipping this last craft day. I got almost all my products promptly. Even the ones on extended delivery were delivered on time. Much improvement from the October shipping problems. You even got some items I had to return due to defects. Excellent customer service.
Except – I never received one item. The Anna G cuttlebug in gold/ivory. Status says delivered but it was not. I received all my other products that same week with no problems. Can you please issue a refund? Or even better, refund into my spendable Kash account? I am planning on more purchases during March.

, sorry to see this item didn’t arrive. I show the wishful thinking dies and folder set and the treillage dies and folder set were supposed to be in the same box as the Gold Cuttlebug. I want to make sure you got the other two items. I also want to make sure you want a refund in Spendable Ka$h instead of an exchange or refund back to the original method of payment.

yes and for those out their with sensitive skin it does not irritate. I only use Dual Finish powder with a brush, but my Mom has the same sensitive skin prone towards redness and rosacea and has been using Lancome liquid foundation for 35 years. Her skin is porcelain, flawless!:womanhappy:
